Corinne Nicholson

Biography

Corinne is a fourth-year environmental engineering student with a minor in electrical engineering. Since joining UC Davis in 2022, she has gained experience in both the private and public sectors, working on projects focused on constructed wetland design, city utilities, and nutrient reduction in wastewater lagoon systems. She has also done environmental justice work with the Feminist Research Institute and UCD Global Affairs to increase climate education and inclusion in underserved communities. Outside of research, Cori enjoys backpacking, swimming, and traveling. On campus, she likes wandering through the Arboretum and trying to convince herself that Davis is walkable.
