Suzuran Schnyder

Biography

Suzuran Schnyder is a 4th year Environmental Science and Management student who began her studies the University of California, Davis in 2022. She is interested in sustainability (especially in regards to water management), how to solve environmental challenges, and how different Earth systems interact with one another. Having lived in both Switzerland and Singapore, water management and research were always relevant topics of great interest to her. Outside of research, she has served as a Marketing and Creative Manager at the Campus Center for the Environment, a Global Ambassador Mentorship Fellow, an English Practice Partner to local community members, and currently serves as the Green Workplace Coordinator for the UC Davis Sustainability Network. She is a member of the Environmental Project, Institute of Transportation Engineers, and a dance team. Suzuran loves dancing, exploring new coffee shops, and going to the Davis farmers market.
