Urshita Anchalia

Biography

Urshita Anchalia is a second year Aerospace Science and Mechanical Engineering student with interests in sustainable design and innovative engineering. Having grown up in India, she witnessed the challenges of providing clean water access. This motivated her to combine her passion for aviation with environmental engineering to develop sustainable propulsion technologies. At UC Davis, she contributes to Formula Racing (FSAE Electric) where she engages in CAD, prototyping and system optimization. She is also a member of the University Honors Program and the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA). Outside of her academic work, she enjoys hiking, traveling and watching movies.
